If your finance are messy and you have a lot of debts or expenses or bills that you pay and you find it difficult to arrange your finance, it might be because you've never made any effort to fix it or because you don't even have a plan to start with.
Take a notepad and write down your income in a side, this is where all of your money comes from, and then on the other side write all of the expenses, savings account and bills, add them together and minus from your income, if there's any deficit, it means you have to lower your expenses, or you need to increase your income, depending on what's possible for you at that moment, by doing this your finances will be more organized.
