How To Quite Sugar To Make Ourselves Healthier?

Sugar is one of the mostly consumed "food". One of the reasons why sugar consumption is on the rise is because sugar is present in almost every thing. For example, sugar is even present in vegetables. No one can even think that sugar can also be found in vegetable! However, the amount of sugar in vegetables is so low that it does not affect your body in a negative way. However, most of the added sugar present in many foods like chocolate, cakes, ice creams, confectionaries, candies, etc is definitely in an excessive amount and unhealthy. Sugar destroys our health. It weakens our immune system and it also affects our cognitive abilities. It increases our chances of developing dilates and heart diseases. So how can we quite sugar to make ourselves healthier?
 
You do not have to avoid sugar completely because it is still needed in the body, you still need it in the body but sometimes it is advised that you take brown sugar instead of the white refined sugar, the brown sugar is also what is advice for older people to take because it is not process ,and the damage it does to the body is reduce but that doesn't mean that you should take so much.
