How to reduce cholesterol in the body fast

Cholesterol is one of the things everyone. Too much of cholesterol in the body system is capable of causing different problem in our body systems. Excessive cholesterol is also link to weak erection in humans.

Too much of cholesterol reduce the blood velocity in the body systems. And this is the starting point of hypertension and stroke and host of other effects.

In this thread, I am going to state some of the simple things we can do in order to avoid excessive cholesterol in our body systems.

You should focus more on eating fruit and herbs. The likes of garlic and ginger contains some substances that are capable of reducing the level of cholesterol in the body system.

Stay away from the foods that can use excessive fat in your body system. Also try and eat more protein.
 
There are a lot of reasons for cholesterol rising, for instance remaining empty stomach for a long time, eating a lot of saturated fats, diabetes, high blood pressure, sedentary life, etc. When your cholesterol rises, you have a high chance of getting heart disease. You can control cholesterol by taking garlic.
 
Cholesterol is a bad thing in the body which usually block the blood to be moving freely in he body. Cholesterol always present in some of the thing that we use to eat especially in oiling things and some meat that we fatty . we should move away from all this because they can be so dangerous to our body.
 
It is not good to have cholesterol on the body because much of it will later results to diabetes which is a very strong ailment in the body.Cholesterol makes the body to acquire more fat and excess fat kills some cells in the body.it also kills some immune system in the body rendering the white blood cells useless.
 
Food much in cholesterol causes unwanted fat in the body and also causes series of diseases like heart disease and other diseases as well
 
Cholesterol doesn't have any advantage to the body because it blocks the heart form pumping blood properly and it also causes a lot of disease to the body
 
With excessive of aerobic exercises and vigorous walking in the morning-cholesterol can be reduced. One should also stop taking the saturated oils which can cause the increase in cholesterol.Vitamin-C and fruits like oranges,lemon and citric juices help decrease the cholesterol. One should also avoid the sittings at one place for hours together and he should be more mobile and active physically.
 
We can reduce cholesterol by drinking lemon and lime first thing in the morning with warm water and we can also use ginger and garlic as they help in reducing any unwanted fats in the body and also engage in exercise daily it is effective for reducing cholesterol in the body
 
we can reduce cholesterol in the body but I'm not sure of how fast it will be but by engaging in exercise we can be able to reduce it much faster
