The first step starts with creating a facebook page and a facebook group. While you can use groups for community discussion, you can use pages to share information.

Facebook ads are great if you understand them. You can even get information about your competitor's ads and use them as a template for your own. You have to be careful though with the rules. Some people don't read it at all and get their accounts banned.

Facebook is also a way to communicate one-on-one with your customers, using Messenger. You can follow up, provide services and make legit connections with people.
