A lot of us here are aware that technology has incredibly and satisfiably impacted human life . Unlike before human beings would write letters to communicate and interact with friends , relatives , and families in different regions and country of the world . But now the use of the cell phone has make it easy to easily contact , interact , and communicate with the ones we love and care about . Yet it is advisable we make use of our technology in moderation . Because over using our technology mostly our cell phone whenever and wherever we want can health-relatedly affect us .

The use of our cell phone to make a call , to check an email , or chatting on various social media like Facebook , or to play games , while driving can be harmful to us . In fact a lot of people today have died as a result of committing actions like this . This is because driving a car needs concentration and so dividing our attentiveness performing other activities on her cell phone can endanger our lives making us subject to road and car accidents . Secondly there was a report , made in the year 2016 , that entails that putting our cell phone in our breast pockets or in our hips pocket can negatively lead to life-threatening issues like cancer . And so the proper way to hold a phone is by the hand or better still put it in the bag . A lot of men have suffered from Testicular cancer as a result of the gamma rays that the phone radiates well in our hips pocket . And also women to have suffered from breast cancer as a result of the gamma rays that the phone ready as well in the breast pocket .

Your cell phone is a tool for life, but it can also be one for death. It's not hard to imagine that the type of radiation emitted by cell phones (RF energy) could have negative effects with prolonged exposure, but recent studies have shown that these impacts might be more significant than you thought.

What we do know is this: RF energy has been linked to cancer. Now you might be thinking, "Well, what are the chances I'll get cancer from my cell phone?" Well, the answer is not very clear-cut—but it's worth noting that in 2011, the World Health Organization classified radio frequency energy as "possibly carcinogenic to humans." And that was eleven years ago.

What can you do? Of course we're not going to tell you to stop using your cell phone—it's 2022 and we live in a (mostly) connected world! But there are ways to protect yourself from RF energy exposure. You can avoid pressing your phone all the time. Keep it far away from you while sleeping. While making calls, you can distant it from your ears. Do not use while charging. If the battery or phone is faulty, don't try to repair it by yourself if you are not an engineer or phone specialist.
