Labour as we understand and know is considered to be a man-made factor of production and it is assumed that labour is indeed one of the major factor of production followed by the category of land , capital , and entrepreneur . Without the existence of labour in a particular business they are both factors of production will not be made possible . Example without labour a particular land could not be tilled and even if the owner of the land has the intention to establish A structure so as to establish a particular business organisation in return this cannot be made possible if labour is not present .

Now comparing the existence of labour to Capital , without labour the existence of capital which in turn could be seen in the form of Man physical assets and monetary properties such as money would not be made possible there is actually nothing rewarding and positive as money that comes very easy brother we need to work in order to acquire money . And they work their simply means labour . Finally comparing labour to entrepreneur , one of the major duty of a business entrepreneur is to carry out business risks and achieve business goals and objectives but yet this can only be made possible if some series of work are being carried out possibly by the employees or by the enterpreneur himself .
