Walking barefoot might be something you only do at home. But for many, walking and exercising barefoot is a practice they do daily. When a toddler is learning to walk, parents are told to let this process happen naturally and without shoes. That is because shoes can affect how a child uses the muscles and bones in their feet.

Working on gravel with baerfoots has a lot of advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of working with barefoot on gravel is that the gravel serve as massager to the body, because the medical scientist from the China made us to know that massaging Machine made for the patient the that has some diseases in their internal organs. I using of gravel serve as massager for the foots to work on it for the patient or somebody working on it,the gravel will send a signal to the to the foots and the foots will receive the signal from the brain,through that process they will treat some diseases in the body system that affecting the person. The disadvantage is that working on a gravel to serve as massager depends on the type of gravel,if the gravel contain shaps items,that shaps items that can injure the patients, it will cause more problem to the patient or if the patient has a mark or wounds on the foots, microorganism will enter through the wounds and it will be infected through the foots to the internal organs and cause more havoc to patient.
