InboxDollars process payments once a week. Requests processed before Sunday will be processed on Wednesday, and those processed after Sunday will be paid on the following Wednesday. This means that requests will not be paid until the following week. When processing your request, keep this in mind: InboxDollars can take up to ten days to process your request. If you want to receive your payout sooner, you can choose the Gold Membership option.

InboxDollars pays members via check or PayPal. The payment process can take anywhere from three minutes to several days, depending on the survey. InboxDollars surveys can range in length from three minutes to more than 25 minutes. Once you've completed the survey, InboxDollars will redirect you to a third-party site, where you'll be asked for your ZIP code, age, and gender. If your information is inaccurate, InboxDollars may disqualify you from receiving your payout.

InboxDollars has two member classifications. Gold and non-gold. Non-gold members are classified as "non-gold" until their first payment, and gold members have the option to request a weekly payout. If you don't wish to receive a weekly payout, you can request your payment in cash. Alternatively, you can opt for the weekly payout.
