Is business a leisure time activity.

I have heard a lot of people saying that they only engage in their business during their leisure time but somehow I do not understand what they mean because I believe that establishing and managing a business requires the full existence and presence of the individual who calls him or herself the business owner. Business management need attentiveness and presence and without the presence of the business owner the business itself will not be noticed and recognized by members of the public and most importantly the business would not realize reasonable amount of profits.

Establishing a part-time business is obviously understandable but saying that you only engage in business during your leisure time is basically something else.
