In the world today everyone wishes to be their own boss but to some extent only a few minority of individuals have succeeded in becoming their own boss and have succeeded in working for themselves and by themselves . Being your own boss is totally interesting because you do not have to put on a fake personality to please another individual who possibly would have been your employer , and also you do not have to wake up in the morning and trying to be punctual to go to your regular nine-to-five job so as to win the trust and to give a sense of hard-working and industriousness to another individual who would have been your superior of employer . But when you are your own boss your life remain at ease , and you kind of have the freedom to do whatever you want and desire . In achieving the intention of becoming your own boss majority of individuals have engaged in majority of online activities where they can be able to cash out of massive wealth and massive money .

According to research and feasibility study the online investment and practice known as cryptocurrency and forex investment has been one of the most endorsed and practicable online activity that have indeed turn a lot of people into billionaires and millionaires . And for what we have learnt individuals who engage in this kind of online investment end up becoming their own boss . Majority of individuals absolutely have the mindset that their life will be so much better if they happen to find a well-paying job it an interesting attractive salary , but well to some extent having a job like this could totally make your life better but have you ever thought about how better your life would have been if you establish a business or possibly open a commercial Enterprise for yourself . In this case you get to be your own boss and you get to carry out your own rules and regulation without anyone having to boss you around or making you to put on a fake personalities such as , coming to the work place early and punctual even if you do not consider yourself to be an early or punctual individual .

No doubt an individual may not have sufficient capital to open for him or herself a business where it will have to be him and him alone fending for his or her wants and needs . But trying online investment and business can totally suffice in this situation .

Seeing how wicked the world has turn out to be and how difficult it is to earn a living in this world I would say it would be best for one to work for himself because most times when one work for someone they might be maltreated and look down upon by their masters because they might be vulnerable seeing how hard it is to get another job.
Another thing is that most graduate may not be able to fine lucrative job base on their qualification it wouldn't look nice for such ones to be working for someone at times they might be six times older than the person they are working for and this ones at times may be look down on or maltreated.
Working for someone wasn't meant to be as we are seeing it today, reasons why we work for someone is because we want to get an idea of the work before working for our self, most people work for government while others work for private individual and we could see that both government and private have not really plaid their role, most workers have put in their best into their work but have not being paid for their hard labor.

I believe it's actually the individual's choice to make, both has its advantages and as well disadvantages. Working for someone actually limits you, in the sense that you nolonger have a say of your own, you have to be at work whenever you are called there are certain cases where you might not have time to even sort out your personal business but a major advantage about working under someone is that it gives you a chance to learn and grow under someone, there are lots of chances to make mistakes and grow. Being your own boss is actually fun, you have all the time to do whatever you want, you make the rules that suit you, but the major advantage is that there is no room for mistakes, which is why you have to be very prepared before going into the business.

I don't think there is anybody that wouldn't want to be self-employed you know one thing about self employment it helps one to grow better financially.But the truth is that not everyone can Excel being a boss cuz one might not have the talent, the skills and all that it takes it will become difficult to really do well as a boss. so the thing is that each person should go for what the person can actually do if working for someone works well for you and you get paid then why not, you continue that way and make your money and become financially free but if you know you can Excel being a boss or in a self employment then all good, you should go for it but the bottom line for me I just think that we should go for the one we found most convenient and we can excel in it.
