The year 2020 was a great one for bitcoin and most other coins in the Crypto currency market as more Investors either as a company or individuals invested heavily in them and this trigger the price for good. Notable companies that invested in bitcoin in 2020 include PayPal, microstrategy, MassMutual, Grayscale etc these companies actually motivated others to invest in bitcoin.too, in the year 2021 Tesla Motor started accepting bitcoin and the owner of the company who double as the world richest man has also invested in bitcoin and it has affected the price positively. In your opinion which other person (s) or companies are you expecting to invest in bitcoin to boost the price more.?

Dangote group of companies should try and encourage Bitcoin to climb high again. Cos those big whales makes the price of those coins to bumper. So if dangote gonna step up to invest lime other wealthy business men like the way Elon did and others which i couldn't recognised their names.

It is actually a good observation but I guess even if the Dangote group is willing to invest in bitcoin or any other Crypto currencies the recent CBN directive might discouraged the company but if the ban is reversed I am very optimistic more companies will consider Investing into Crypto currencies in big time.Thanks.

Sure bro, you spoke well, with the recent pronouncement made by CBN concerning the Cryptocurrencies, i don't think it will encourage them to put their funds into it. Just as you said, it will be possible if the ban on crypto gonna be reversed then, maybe more prominent investors can emerge from Nigeria and other parts of the world.

Uber is also trying to get in under some restrictions; Dara Khosrowshah (CEO) also said that Uber is considering to accept Bitcoin as a payment method; however direct investment to BTC is yet to have to be decided later as Uber faced over 6bn$ loss in pandemic era and is trying to gain back.

Maybe that desire by uber around Bitcoin could have manifested had it not been for this dreaded corona virus that have hindered many business progress. Losing $6bn in this pandemic era isn't a yardstick, they need to recover such huge amount first. Then maybe they can be accepting BTC in the future when things are stable with them.

I actually see a country investing into bitcoin and that is kenya... Recently their interest has been kindled to crytocurrencies and they told the world about their interest in it... But Nigerian notable businessmen can never invest in cryptocurrency cause of the recent ban here on Nigeria... At lot is going about cryptocurrencies that most of us don't even know.

I wish some banks in Africa too started trading on cryptocurrencies. When they invest in it.it may ease the transaction regulations. They will only be there as a trader and to allow the flow of open transactions. They should not be there to be levying heavy tax on the users. And I also hope some business owners in Nigeria can also invest in bitcoins.

The rate at which many people are embracing cryptocurrency is a good one, big firm, businessmen and payment system are beginning to accept payments In cryptocurrency, which in turn will be beneficial to the investors, it will be nice if large markets in Nigeria embrace the idea, I believe sooner than later the government will make a u-turn on their restrictions on cryptocurrency
