Online shopping is being abducted by a lot of people nowadays because it makes it easy to get whatever you want to buy without having to go through the stress of going to the store to get it by yourself, once you place your order, it will be delivered to your doorstep, all you have to do is pay for the delivery fee and make sure you are available to receive your item. Well if you let yourself get so used to this means, there will be some consequences you might eventually be encountering. As we all know that some people still use this opportunity to make income to their pockets, by taking pictures of the items on the online stores and uploading them on their social media, and claiming that they sell it meanwhile they will pre order it for you if you pick interest in any of those goods, after that is done, all they will do is add their profits to it. For example, if a particular goods has a price tag of maybe five thousand naira on the online store, they might tell the buyer that it is being sold for a price of twenty thousand naira, they will be making a profit of roughly fifteen thousand naira on an item, imagine how much they will make on plenty of such.

Hi Mandy96. Your post is very informative. I fully agree with everything you mention in your post. There are indeed some possible risks involved in shopping online and we have to be very careful. Nevertheless, I like online shopping very much because you purchase whatever you need without
having to leave your house and also you have the item delivered to your doorstep. Isn't that great! Online shopping is so easy and very popular for so many people worldwide.

One of my fears when it comes to buy things online is when it has to do with delivery. The online vendors seems to only be interested in the money they will be getting from the buyers because they make very terrible Job at delivery. A vendor can keep your products for as long as they want just because you have paid them already.

Another is that they might just be scammers can keep dodging you from sending you your products and after a while you get blocked very terrible things to go through with your money and also good time.
