Establishing your business idea in large-scale is actually advised , especially when the idea behind your business establishment is worthy of being established because it has the high potentials of being lucrative and profitable . Despite the fact that opening a large-scale business is advised , it is also important that we have in mind that going into large-scale business is not always smooth and free from problems , hindrances , or obstructions . Of course large-scale business is too faces some problems and obstruction today . One of the major and prominent problems faced by large-scale business owners is the payment of high tax . In most developing country in West Africa like Nigeria for example . The government and the parastatals take false and negetive advantage of large scale businesses and so they impose on them to pay high , burdensome , cumbersome and unbearable business tax to them , which is absolutely not right and proper but because the government want to make enough revenue so as to sponsor and facilitate inland and Outland country or state capital projects they allow this to happen .

The second obstruction or problem faced by large scale business is the availability of competitors . Most large scale businesses are developed in urban areas mostly at the opened major roadside and areas where it could be easily seen by various members of the public for patronage . Some business competitors and rivals tend to develop as a result of this , making it seems as some sort of competition on who sells and who do not sell .

Large scale businesses truly face so many challenges too. You would think that their size will at least keep them free of problems. But they still face them just like any other business. The key to making the business survive is for business owners to realize this and do their best to overcome such challenges.

Competition is one big challenge that the large businesses face. You will find that two big businesses are located in one vicinity but both require someone to patronize them. They will end up competing for customer attraction. The business that provides the best services and high quality products at affordable prices ends up winning.

There is also the issue of governments imposing high taxes on those large businesses. This hinders their financial stability a lot because they have to pay the really high taxes so as not to face trouble with the law. Whenever they fail to pay a bit, they get huge punishment.

Large scale businesses also face the issue of poor management and consequences of incompetent employees. Especially those who are in charge of company finances. Such incompetence can lead to bankruptcy. It gets even harder when bankruptcy is caused by conflicts between family members in the case of family owned businesses.

That is why I have always emphasize and mention in various thread written by me in this forum concerning the aspect of business management and aspect of business establishment . To the more elaborate it is absolutely a difference if an individual to establish a business and it is absolutely a total different thing for an individual to manage a business . Now we must understand that the larger the business we established the larger the problems and trials of the business will be for example if the business we establish his of a large-scale kind then we must expect to receive problems and trials in large-scale . As a large-scale business owner some of the problems and obstruction human face includes the increased cost of production and this kind of problem is usually caused as a result of political instability of the economy in which a business is being established or implemented .

Cost of production is actually not a permanent but temporary business problem but in most cases it could become permanent and to be very sincere and honest some large-scale business have suffered drastically and devastatingly as a result of the cost of production being increased making the business output to be of low quantity and quality which is absolutely very bad for boosting business productivity .

Large scale business means a kind of business that is run in a large quantity. It is not a doubt that this business does face with some kinds of problems which include:

Redundant workers: it is widely common that there are some workers that are in the large scale business which are not needed. The idea of having many workers is the fact that the business is much and will need many workers. But those workers are redundant in many ways because machines are doing their jobs.

Red tapism: unnecessary delay is one of the problems facing the large scale business. There are many ladders to climb when we work in Large scale business. So before you even have a chance to meet with the mamager, you need to spend hours before you can meet up with the unnecessary delay.

Government policies: there are some policies that government always do that do affect the large scale business. Most times, government may come with some stiff punishment which will not be in favour of the large scale business. For instance, they may even introduce tax which will be too much to be borne by most of these large scale business owners. This is the most problem faced by the large scale business.
