Many people do not want to work hard and legally purchase property of their own. Instead they are ruining the health of the property owner, and then grabbing the property when the owner is ill or has died. Senior citizens who do not live with their family, have a caretaker or cook are especially vulnerable, since the caretaker may feed them with food which will cause them health problems or slowly poison them, making it easier to exploit them. Is causing health problems to property owners to grab their property a widespread trend in your country?
