There are indeed several ways in which a business owner can make sure to promote peace with an employee that works with him in his business organisation . When there is peace in a business organisation everyone will work in unity and as often said United we stand divided we fall , this phrase is actually applicable to a business organisation , when employees how United there is every possibility the business goals and objectives will be achieved and accomplished in due time without delay this is because two heads are better than one and so when employers unity bring them together to achieve a particular business goal there is always a possibility that they will crack any problem that comes with achieving this business goals and make sure is being achieved successfully and accurately .

One of the ways a business owner can ensure that his employees are a unified body of persons is that , during their employment he must make known to the job applicants that there is absolutely no need for division in his business organisation , he must also make note to them that what has made the business to be alive up to this stage is as a result of unity and they must make sure to keep that unity if they want to be recognised as your employees .

I grew up in an environment where a majority of people are always talking about peacekeeping . Promoting peace in the business organisation is actually the sole duty of the business owner or the business manager . The business manager must make sure to allow peace to exist in his business organisation and that include making peace to reign between his employees or between his staff and workers . It is often said that when two heads come together to handle a particular issue there is always a possibility that they will fight any negative repercussions that may result as a result of fighting that issue . It is also often said that together we rise or divided we fall and this phrase is actually very true Because when two individuals come together they are stronger than someone who stands alone and then have the capability and the ability to overpower just a single person .

Same is also applicable to a business organisation , with unity such business organisation has the ability and the capability to rise in productivity and there is every possibility that such business will be able to reach higher heights as a result of the coordinative abilities and attitudes of its employees and employers .

In today’s business environment, it is of utmost importance to promote peace and harmony among employees. It is common knowledge that when employees work together in a congenial environment, they become more productive and innovative. A harmonious work environment also helps create a pleasant atmosphere where employees feel comfortable with each other and can share problems, seek guidance as well as offer advice and support. Furthermore, in a peaceful workplace, employees develop goodwill towards each other and are willing to help each other in times of need. Therefore, when there is mutual goodwill among the employees, they will be able to help each other out in times of crisis.

It is particularly important for leaders to maintain peace at workplace since they are the ones who are expected to make all the necessary arrangements for an amicable atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and relaxed. Leaders must ensure that there are no hidden agendas behind their actions or decisions. Instead, they must show dignity and respect towards others by initiating conversations with employees from all levels of the hierarchy, including top managers as well as junior staff members. This will make them feel that they too have a place in the organization and will encourage them to contribute to its success.

There's no way things can strive perfectly in rancour or problems. If one need to perform just the way it should be then maintaining peace in all areas and standard is key. Same is applicable to a place of work when there's no peace the place of work will encounter a lot of negative vibes which include : Strife, malice, division, quarrels, blackmail, backbiting, witch-hunting and the rest of them.

it is up to the boss, manager or the employer to start from the onset to make rules that will foster peace amongst the workers. The below can be done.

Division of labor: This will be dividing the jobs amicably so that each person's knows his or her job begins and stops. This is to stop any kind of bickering that might arise in the course of the workers executing their jobs.

Rules of no fight in the work place; There's should be a sanction that's known to all workers that they will be sacked, suspended or heavily punished if anyone disrupt the peace of the workplace. This sanction carried out too when anyone misbehave

There should be in place a person or authority that all disputes should be reported to, to avoid the workers taking laws into their hands.

Promotion of peace in a business organisation is not only for the business owner or the manager only , but this is the responsibility of everyone . If you are being employed into a particular business organisation , you are part and parcel of that business and you should try as much as possible as an individual to maintain peaceful coexistence in the business.

There are so many advantage of a peaceful business and one of the greatest advantages is cooperation which makes it easier for the business aim and priority to be achieved at the end of the day without any problem. This can also increase the morale of business employees which will result in greater workout put..


Apart from the employee , managers and business owners at the same time must be able to organise their business. They themselves at the living example and they should try as much to manage the business peacefully and not as if they are at war with people.
