Raising turkey

For those living in the rural area with ample land space for a small farm of turkey, it is one good business. Unlike chickens that eat only feeds, the turkey eats anything that is green. That means only a few turkey feed can be given in a day if there is a grazing area for grass and weeds that includes wild shrubs. The turkey grows fast and it is huge compared to the chicken. When weighed you will be surprised with the selling price. However, the turkey is not a common meat and it only gets popular in November for the celebration of the Thanksgiving Day in the US.
