Apart from work politics that can make one get delayed promotion. A lot of times we get ourselves in to situations that warrant delayed promotion. So beforr you go pointing accusing fingers on who isn't allowing you get promoted be sure you truly deserved it. So what factors might delayed you getting your promotion.
Lack of the right skills: Promotion come with more responsibilities. So you would need the right skills to tackle the tasks that foje with it. if you don't have the right siills you might not be promoted
You don't take to instructions and feedbacks. You are set on your ways so you don't take correction. The Boss might not see you fit for a promotion.
You are not diligent at work: Sometimes just being at a place for years isn't enough. You need to show that you would be able to lead others. So you must show working
