Here are some of the possible reasons why you are losing your clients and customers:

Absence of proper communication: You don’t respond to the clients’ or customers’ messages, or take a lot of time to answer.

No new offers: When you do not have any new offers, your existing customers and clients start deserting you.

Not offering better solutions: Instead of offering better solutions, you seem to agree with everything your client says. Clients don’t need Yes man, they need critics.

Taking clients for granted: You are treating clients just like objects, or money-making machines, you start ignoring them after you have sold your service or product.

Unrealistic offer: If your offer is unrealistic, your clients start disbelieving you. NO one will believe you if you tell them you can make them appear #1 on Google in 3 days.

Not focusing on clients’ goal: Not delivering what the client expected, not helping the clients grow their business, or not offering what the client actually wanted.

There are many ways in which we chase away our clients.

Those clients of yours are the reason for your business existence.

If you only run after your profit, at the same time neglecting the interest of your clients,it will not work out the growth of your firm.

Try to make them comfortable making transactions with you.

Try teaching your employees how to handle those clients the way you can handle them if you were to be the only one taking care of the firm.

Your clients are your assets, you should try building a client to business owner friendly relationship between the both parties. So should your employees have this mind set too.

If you are not making things work between the both parties, those clients may become irritated with making transactions or further transactions with your firm.
Further more; you should shun deception. Do not be deceptive when handling your clients.
This alone can scare them far away from you.


Do not make your products a facade. Do not pose a charade with your brands.Making those your products to stand as a white washed sepulchre,it will stand pose as a deception to your clients.
Because if your what you offer is not really good in the inside, the way you advertise it, you are thereby shushing them away.

I am a social marketer, as a marketer, I check my competitors frequently I learn from their mistakes. A lot of marketers make one grave mistake that is making them lose their customers. They do not interact with their customers. If you lunched an ad, and if your potential customer asks something, you need to give a proper reply, but a lot of marketers find this very time consuming, therefore, they do not reply to these comments. Another common mistake committed by marketers is not giving all the information on the ad. For example,l they advertise on Facebook but do not give necessary details such as price, delivery, quality, etc. These days people have short attention span, when they see a product that they like they want to know more about it, if they have to send private messages to the sellers or make a phone call, they might find this time consuming, therefore, they might just forget the product. If the seller had stated every details, and the customer is still interested in the product he might contact the seller in order to place order. Providing information on the product is very necessary to drive sales, if you are not doing this you are losing customers.
