Recognizing a qualified job applicants.

Majority of individuals are learning skills day by day , some of them have gone through schools and college of education to acquire grade skills . I do not know for other countries but in my country Nigeria it is said that up to 1,000 youth are being graduated from various Nigerian university nationwide . And as this individuals are pumping out of universities as graduate their main goal is to find a job in order to earn a living and make money as well . employers and business managers on the other hand try their best to employ the best employees out of the majority of good grades graduates .

But sometimes despite their consciousness and vigilance some of business employers are not able to employ good and considerate employees , rather their employee employees who are not law-abiding and have offensive and corrosive behaviours and attitudes . For business employers to avoid this from happening they must look beyond a job applicant CV . Although a job applicant CV entells whether a job seeker have the requisite authority to work in such place yet , it is not always a major factor for him or her to get the job . The appearance , style and grooming , the vocabulary structure , and the sociability structure , of the job applicants are other factors a business employer should also consider .
