Reducing compensation package abuse by employees

it is almost like a legal binding act for employers to offer compensation packages ti employees. This is to make employees know that they are not just being used but loved and valued by the employer. But employées being humans might want to abuse this act. This abuse must be tackled as early as possible to avoid becoming uncontrollable.

You can do the following:

Talk to those abusing the system to desist from doing so

Document the compensation package that's easily abused and seek to change such or adopt it's alternative.

Consider taking away the entire compensations package if the abuse still persist

Do mention the possibility of hiring a replacement if the offenders don't desist.
