Retirees should avoid gambling places

When I was younger and was betting on horse racing I gained friends in the betting station. That’s where we watch the races on TV that was exclusive to the betting station. I would linger for 2 to 3 hours together with friends there who were mostly seniors. Their reason for betting is to escape from the boredom at home. However, I always see them as losing money because betting on horse racing is gambling.

Those years that I was with those old guys taught me a lesson. When you retire from your job never gamble because gambling is addictive. Aside from horse racing there’s the cockfighting. But the worst is the casino that can make you lose not only your money but even your home. There are so many things that you can do aside from gambling. This issue should be clear in the mind of a retiring person.

Apart from all these that you have just say ,after you are retired from work the little pension you have will be for the feeding of yourself and your family,yes I have seen a lot of people who have been into gambling and they are even looking for an opportunity to come out because it is addictive.
