seeking for jobs on finding one is a challenge in this part of the country and sometimes this can be frustrating and tiring reducing the cost of living and making people to be financially unstable.
but government have a vital role to play in sustaining employment or jobs to people who are unemployed.
there are many actions government can take in creating solution to the problems of being unemployed today such actions are.
government can take the initiative in industrialising the country that is establishing of many industries which can facilitate the employment aspect in the country because this industries will need workers to operate and run the day-to-day in it and so with that it will then generate employment of professional and skilled workers into that field.
and also government should endeavour in setting development plans properly that is setting a plan in which they can finish in time not establishing of industries of factories and leaving it halfway and the unemployment rate will keep on increasing because they industries needed to employ them into their field are lacking.
government should also look into the educational system or sector, that is making sure that those who have graduated are passed on with jobs in which they can handle not leaving them behind and letting them wandering about looking for jobs which they might any,thus the rate of unemployment would keep on increasing
