Not long ago I emphasized in one of my thread some of the demerits and downfall an individual may face when he or she is his or her own boss. No doubt becoming self-employed as a whole lot of advantages and disadvantages but for the purpose of this thread we will be focusing on the advantages and the benefits there is in becoming self-employed. Become self-employed totally keeps you from problems you would have face if you were co employed or if your business was collaborated with another. Most satisfactorily, you get to enjoy all business profit and all the business reputation and other good incentives, secondly you keep an eye and study notice on your business cash flow that is the inward and outward flow of financial funds in the business, which somehow would have been deprived and tempered by an employee who possibly possess a dishonest and insincere attitude. Thirdly as a self-employed business owner, you are hundred percent allowed to follow your passion on what you like and what you think to be positively right and can be rewarding to your own business organisation.
Becoming a self-employed business owner totally put you in the chance of choosing your own working hours and you do not have to obey any silly rules or regulation enacted by an individual who would have been your employer or superior, but rather you are in control of your own life. Prior to all these benefits and advantages there are also some disadvantages, but that will be discussed in another thread.
