We are obviously familiar that the main purpose in which employees and workers are being employed or recruited in a business organisation or company is so as to make sure that goals and objectives pertaining to the business or company's growth and development can be achieved. Nowadays, gender has turned out to be a criteria when assigning goals and objectives as well as responsibilities to employees. Majority of business superiors are more likely to issue more duties to a male worker or employee than to a female employee. However it is very much important that we understand that, It is generally best practice to assign responsibilities to employees based on their skills, qualifications, and experience, rather than their gender. Employers should evaluate job candidates and assign tasks and responsibilities based on objective criteria, such as the individual's ability to meet the requirements of the job.

Discrimination based on gender is illegal in many countries, and it is important for employers to ensure that their hiring and assignment practices are fair and non-discriminatory. By focusing on an individual's skills and qualifications, employers can create a more diverse and inclusive workplace, which can lead to better outcomes for the business and its employees.
