Should organisational guidelines also be observed by managers.

Organisational employees and workers are not the only ones to observe the rules and regulation and also the business ethics guiding a particular business organisation, and even if the world seems to make employees and organisational workers the front standing people to observe all business ethics in order to successfully carry out their responsibilities and duties , still there are not the only ones to observe. Business rules and regulations and also business ethics is also applicable to employers and to managers of a
business organisations, and there is absolutely no doubt in the fact that organisational employers and managers could be the ones formulating these rules and regulations or this affects mandatory for all the employees and workers to obey and abide to, but yet business rules and regulations are best acknowledged by employees and workers if their employers abide and keep to them themselves.

When employers and managers abide to the organisational ethics or regulations it proves that they're totally acknowledge their hand work and they also prove that the ethics guiding the business organisational activities and practices is indeed important and beneficial to every personnel of the business organisation. An organisation consist of two set of individuals their superiors and downiees. And they both are responsible to acknowledge the ethics guiding the organisation.

Business rules and regulations is absolutely nothing by which business personnels and business owners should absolutely toy with. Every business personnel and business superior should absolutely understand that business rules and regulations refers to guidelines governing the business process and if they do their best to follow these guidelines the business in the is assured to be prosperous and to reach greater and higher heights. It is absolutely very wonderful and commendable when business owners and managers do their best in observing and adhering to their guidelines and not forcing only their employees to do so.

When business guidelines have been observed by business employees and managers there seems to be a peaceful co-existence atmosphere for business practices to be carried out in the science there will be no rude or cruel suppression of duties and tasks overload to a particular employee or worker but rather task and duties will be equitably shared among all business employee and worker.
