There are many countries where real estate business has been thriving a lot. Overall, the total worth of real estate business in the whole world is worth trillions of dollars. When we think about real estate business, we may start thinking that real estate business is mostly thriving in tier 1 countries. This is because it is generally thought that there is more money tier 1 countries, which might be true to some extent.
Moreover, many people may also believe that there may be more opportunities in tier 1 countries when it comes to real estate business. However, I think that the picture might be much bigger than that. The real estate markets may not be necessarily larger in tier1 countries all the time. In fact, we must also consider the real estate market in many tier 2 countries as well.
I think that it would be a far much better idea to take a far much comprehensive approach when it comes to this matter. This is because there are many people who live in tier 1 countries, but they invest money in the real estate market of other countries as well. So, what are your thoughts related this matter?
