Jobs need to come with personal growth which will help you advance in the career. So it always good to get yourself into jobs that you would grow even in your personal life. But jobs that would not help in this regards abound and if you are one that won't want to be in such situation then you need to spot the signs early enough to leave.
So what are the signs to note that you wouldn't be advancing in your job.
Have a toxic Boss: With a toxic boss you can't grow in your job. They rather play down ones efforts at work instead of building. Look out for bosses with natural negative energy.
No training or advancement program for workers: There's no room to get updated knowledge. So you are likely to remain with what you came to the organization with.
No upgrading of facilities in use; You can't develop your self with the facilities as what there are, are still the outdated models that might not be useful to you.
