Earn Money SKILLS VS EDUCATION

This is one thing that's confusing a lot of people, some say skill is better than while others say Education is better but to me, I think the two are more important. Reason is there are some organizations that SKILLS without EDUCATION can't be permitted to work.

There are also some ORGANIZATIONS THAT Even with your certificates, if you don't know the practical aspect, it doesn't work.

Most of the office job is learned by hands-on unless you have the exact experience in your previous job. Skills can give you the opportunity to find a job but it would depend on the skills that you have. One example is computer programming. If you are good at it then more likely a company will hire you even if you do not have the required education.

Both skills and education are really important. In fact, it is through education that you learn most skills. But there are people who were not lucky enough to get education due to financial problems, others by choice. But they learnt some skills either through observation or being taught informally and used the skills to earn a living. With that being said, it is important for students at school to focus on learning a skill and not just being there for knowledge and certificates.

What the school teaches is only the most basic life applications, and the skills must have clear goals, and they can only be learned in careers or in special education units.
