Firstly,what is HANDSETS?
Handsets are technological devices used to receive or send information,messages,calls from one person to another over a short or long distance.it is very important to note that the use of handsets in school will promote the involvement of students in criminal activities within and outside the school.cult group could regroup,organise and execute operations at the shortest notice using mobile phones.mobile phone will make it easy to recruit students for nefarious act such as prostitution,armed robbery and others.
The use of handsets in school will expose students to unimagined harm or danger for example using this device unsuspecting students can be easily lured out by people with sinister motive including rituals, kidnapping and robbery.
Though the advocates of the use of mobile phone let us believe that it makes it easy for students and parents to contact one another in times of emergency or enable school management to keep in touch with students or monitor their movement but these do not constitute enough reasons for the use of handsets in school.
In view of the foregoing,i strongly maintain that students should not be allowed to use handsets in school.
