Aniseed has many advantages for the body. It helps menstrual problems, cleanses the blood system, lowers blood pressure, assists weight loss. It protects eye sight and cures skin diseases. Its curing properties include relieving constipation and bad breath while effectively treating insomnia as well.

Fennel contains large amounts of potassium, the natural components in fennel can reduce high blood pressure. It removes blockages in the blood vessels, aids regulation of blood pressure and heartbeat.
