Process is simply the steps taken to get or achieve a particular thing. Some people admire different careers and would want to be in that career. What they rather don't want to do is to follow all the processes that it would take to achieve that career. No career is easy to build yourself in. Some require high technical process to achieve.
A lot of people admire tech and would wish to have a career in tech. But when you tell them the process it takes, they cower out. Some want to be lawyers, public speakers and so on. It takes process to achieve this careers. If you don't subscribe to the principle of process, you might not achieve them.
To own a successful farm today, I know what I had to go through. The internships, the failed projects all make up my success. Be ready to follow the process and pay the price to build your dream career.
