With this you'll overcome freelance competition, so for example if you're website designer instead of listing your service on Fiverr or Upwork, search Google map or yellow pages or whatever directory you can get and check out sites that don't have a modern website, design one for them or you can sketch using figma or sketch app and then call them up and have a conversation, show them the importance of having a responsive modern website, don't talk about money because you'll turn them off, instead tell them how it will improve their search results and overall lead.
