I believe is no longer a story to you guys that people are being scammed from the things they bought. To avoid being scammed you need to be brave, braveness is not all you need you need lots of things but before you can start a real estate business always put it in mind that you most face challenges, scaming as become a normality in the society,some time it makes me to wander someone will have the idea to start up his own business but he uses his ideas just to scam people, such people thinks that's the best way for them to get money in a quick way, when I talk of scam scaming is not only online you can be scammed online if you are not careful. Sorry for the divergence let's come back to our main point of discussion what are the things to consider before yoy can buy a real estate property, for me I think the first thing you will consider is the property, is the property worth the money this the first thing to look up on. This my own opinion can you share yours on how and what to consider before buying any property.

The buyer has a first meeting on the internet then they have to accomplish sales in real life not by the internet for the subject of the real estate. Second, when you go to purchase a house you have to bring with you an expert because this person has a lot of ideas about real estate and building. I know it is a paid service but most of us may do not know the real price of a house or land or there is some inconvenience of property hidden by the buyer then the expert will propose the correct price after checking with you and the buyer.

That's true. I completely agree with this before buying any real estate property make sure the property is worth the money. But have you ever bought a real estate property?

Like you said , there is a high rate of scamming these days and I strongly agree with you
One has to be careful about who and where he is buying the property from

Take for instance, buying a property from a land you know belongs to the federal government is unrealistic of you

There are a lot of things one should consider when trying to buy a property one of such factors should be that of location you should try and find out the location and access it first to be sure that it is not crime-filled and that it is accessible for your vehicle.if you have one .

Another factor should be that of the cost of the property. you should check it and compared with others and be sure that the price is competitive enough.some house owners or house agents try to make money off the buyers by increasing the price of the property so you need to do your research and be sure that the price you want to buy the property is good enough.

Thirdly try and be sure that you are not engaging with scammers that will get your money and run away without you getting the property if possible negotiate with the property owner.
