Tips for weight loss

It's no secret that weight loss is hard. In fact, it's one of the most common New Year's resolutions for a reason. But it can be done! Here are some simple tips to help you on your way:

1. Don't starve yourself. This will only make you crave unhealthy foods and set you up for failure.

2. Don't go on radical diets. They're hard to stick to and can actually be dangerous.

3. Find a diet that fits your lifestyle and personality. If you hate counting calories, then a calorie-restricted diet isn't going to work for you.

4. Make sure you're getting enough protein and fiber. These two nutrients will help you feel fuller longer and stave off cravings.

5. Stay active! Even if you're not trying to lose weight, exercise is still important for your overall health and wellbeing.
