So many people suffer of tooth ache on daily basis. You may not know this because the teeth or tooth ache most times doesn't hinder the affected person from going to work or carrying out their daily tasks. You can only notice their pains when the condition is at it's worst stage or has become so inconveniencing to the patient.

Now, what do you think is the cause of tooth decay? Tooth decay is mainly caused by the reaction between the mouth bacteria and the sugary substances that sticks on your teeth. The bacteria feeds on those sugar and excrets lactic acid which tarnishes or dissolves the enamel portion of your teeth. Ones the enamel which is the outer covering of the teeth is destroyed, decay sets in.

To prevent tooth decay, always brush your teeth with a floride tooth paste before going to bed at night. Rise your mouth after taking drinks that contains sugar and visit your dentist every six months for routine Dental check-up.

Tooth ache and tooth decay this is one problem the youths are facing these days, I don't really know whether is because of what they eat or what they drink but they seem to face this problem often. Doctors have given prescriptions on how to maintain your tooth, brushing your teeth twice a day help maintain your treat and prevent tooth decay because when he wash your teeth before bed and in the morning after eating this will remove the bacterias and also remove the food particles on your teeth and will not have any apk on the surface of your tooth.

Toothache can happen if there is some infection in the tooth, or in the gums surrounding that tooth. Tooth decay is a cavity, when bacteria eat through the hard outer enamel of the tooth. Tooth decay is the most common cause for a tooth pain. One may need to clean their teeth regularly, and also antibiotics to clear up the main infection.

Achieving healthy teeth takes a lifetime of care. Even if you’ve been told that you have nice teeth, it’s crucial to take the right steps every day to take care of them and prevent problems. This involves getting the right oral care products, as well as being mindful of your daily habits.
Fortunately, there are a few simple ways to keep teeth strong and healthy from childhood to old age. Here’s how:
1. Avoid sugary foods
When bacteria in the mouth break down simple sugars, they produce acids that can erode tooth enamel, opening the door to decay.
Sugary drinks, including soft drinks and fruit drinks, pose a special threat because people tend to sip them, raising acid levels over a long period of time.
And carbonated drinks may make matters worse, since carbonation also increases acidity. Sticky candies are another culprit, because they linger on teeth surfaces.
2. Drink more water
Water continues to be the best beverage for your overall health — including oral health. Also, as a rule of thumb, many experts recommend drinking water after every meal.
This can help wash out some of the negative effects of sticky and acidic foods and beverages in between brushes.
3. Eat crunchy fruits and vegetables
Ready-to-eat foods are convenient, but perhaps not so much when it comes to your teeth.
Eating fresh, crunchy produce not only contains more healthy fiber, but it’s also the best choice for your teeth.
Try to avoid the overly mushy processed stuff, stop cutting things into tiny pieces, and get those jaws working!
4. Limit sugary and acidic foods
Ultimately, sugar converts into acid in the mouth, which can then erode the enamel of your teeth. These acids are what lead to cavities.
Acidic fruits, teas, and coffee can also wear down tooth enamel.
While you don’t necessarily have to avoid such foods altogether, it doesn’t hurt to be mindful.
5. Take the Right Vitamins
Vitamins are an overall important requirement for healthy teeth and gums. The vitamins help in repairing and building connectivity within the tissues.
It is important for the periodontal health of the gums and teeth.
Vitamins also can prevent canker sores from arising and causing pain in your teeth.

There are some conditions I am always confused of the main causes. I know of a lot of people who eat sugary food and still do not brush their mouth very well but they still have strong and healthy teeth .but there are some people that eat surgery food but yet they brush their mouth very well but they're still infection by teeth decay. Sometimes this could be as a result of the body system of an individual.

Toothache or tooth decay can actually be caused by not brushing well because when you did not brush very well or regularly the particles in teeth will not leave there and it do cause tooth ache as well which which ends up in toothache that is why it is always advisable to rinse your teeth with water after eating

Most of us know that if we care properly our tooth we can save these from all problems. But in India most of peoples are not cleaning tooth twice a day. We are cleaning in only in morning. Smoking and chewing tobacco is also responsible for tooth aches and other problems.

Not only sugar any parts of our food which remain in our mouth produce bacteria and it is the cause of toothache and other problem of tooth. So it is better to clean tooth after eating and drinking. Here in India most of villagers have habit of cleaning tooth with water after every time of eating and drinking

At present most of peoples like fast food. And fast food having many harmful chemicals. These chemicals are also damage our tooth. So it is better to prefer our home made traditional food. No doubt cleaning of tooth is important like other parts of body. I think mouth wash is not much popular.

It is not must to use toothbrush to clean out tooth In rural area still peoples are using stem of some plant to clean tooth. These are effective like toothbrush and tooth paste. In rural are peoples have less tooth ache and other tooth problems. After eating or drinking if we clean out tooth with water and finger it will save us from many tooth problems
