Useful expressions for describing negative emotions

Let's learn some new vocabulary that can help us understand other people.
Fear,disappointment,rage,regret,disgust,despair,,spite,bitterness,nervousness, remorse,guilt and many others are words that describe negative feelings.

Here are some explanations and examples of some of these words.

“Resentment” is anger that someone feels about something. Example:
“The reduction in holidays cause a lot of resentment among the staff. ''
If you are full of , you feel bad about something that you did .
“She was full of remorse for the things that she’d said.
If you have 'contempt' for someone or something, you have no respect for
it, or you think that it’s unimportant.
“I’m going to treat that comment with all the contempt it deserves. ”
Other expressions and idioms can describe someone's mood .
If you are bent on the fact that you are angry, insulted, annoyed or upset. Here is an example.
“I accidentally spilled tea on Tom’s book, and he got bent out of shape about it. ” .

I use sometimes the following one when I am angry. It is to see red.
If you are seeing red, you are furious and extremely angry.
“These prices have customers seeing red. "
You probably often hear this expression.
To be fed up with something, means you are annoyed, or tired of something that you have been experiencing too much of. Example:
I’m fed up with these school rules.
Here is a color idiom that shows sadness. If you feel blue you are sad and very depressed.
