Tracking social media performance can be done through the use of software like Hootsuite. This software allows you to connect to multiple social media accounts at once and post, schedule posts, and monitor the performance of your posts.

Alternatively you can go onto individual sites and look at the metrics they show. For example, if you're on Facebook you can click into the "Insights" tab in your business's account and see information about your posts' engagement rates.
You can also use several different tools to track social media performance, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, BuzzSumo, Google analytics, and co-Schedule. Each of these tools has something unique to offer, so you can use them together to get the best snapshot possible of how our clients' social media is performing.
you can use:

Hootsuite
Hootsuite for scheduling posts, monitoring mentions and hashtags, and cross-platform publishing. It's good for tracking engagement and impressions on all of their social platforms.

Sprout Social
Sprout Social helps you engage with commenters by letting you assign comments to a particular person so that you can respond quickly to questions and concerns.

BuzzSumo
BuzzSumo can show you which content on a given platform is performing the best—or not—and it gives you a breakdown of the most shared content by type (e.g., listicle vs. video vs. Q&A). This is great information for creating content that people are more likely to share!
