When an individual who intends to establish business he or she will be in need of a structure in other words a building in which he or she can absolutely display business items in the form of goods and services in order to meet the needs and wants of the public. Now, this structure or building can either be a leased structure or building, or possibly a building built by him or her. The ideal situation whether an individual should carry out the business activities in a leased or built business structure, totally depends on so many factors for example it depends on the financial sufficiency and adequacy of the individual in particular, if an individual have sufficient and adequate capital then it would be very much interesting for him or her to build a structure for his or her business activities instead of facing the stress involved in having to pay rent and rate at the end of each month or year for the usage on a particular space for carrying out business activities and practices.
