Chocolate is one of the most widely consumed desert. Billions of people eat chocolate daily. The only problem with chocolate is the high fat and sugar content that does make it unhealthy to some extent but you can consume dark chocolate as an alternative, if you are that much concerned about fat and sugar. It seems that chocolate is also good for you if you want to prevent stress and this is what a research that can be found in the Journal of Proteome Research says.
