Water is necessary part of our life. It is also very hood gor our skin and health. It keeps our skin hydrated. If we will not drink water then we will feel very low and we will notice many diseases in our body. It affect our stomach and kidneys. Drinking 8 glass of water is much important. Drinking water in empty stomach is also very important. If we drink water in empty stomach then it help us to lose our weight and also has good glowing skin. If we drink luke warm water in empty stomach then we will lose our weight. Drinking lot of water is also good for our hair. If we drink lot of water then it will flush out all the germs out of our body. In short water is everything. We cannot live without water. Water is very essential part of our life.
