There is no doubt that water plays a very vital role in our life. Without water ,no man will survive on Earth. Water cannot only crucial for human but it is also equally important for plants and animals. The low water content in our body can lead to many health disease. If we drink one glass of water daily before sleeping then it will reduce the risk of suddenly heart attack,it helps to control the heart beat .Always drink water in three sips because if you drink the whole water in one sip then it will effect your breathing and lungs.Water keeps your skin healthy and shiny or glowing by protecting your skin from acne or pimples and also fair your skin color .Make a habit of drink at least 14 glass of water daily in order to make body healthy and fit especially in summer season when sweating occurs water helps to keep your body hydrated and protect your skin from dryness. It maintain your body temperature . Water carries the nutrients and oxygen to all parts of body cells .Adult body cells contains 60 percent of water and the most of water contain the lungs which is upto 83 percent

There are a lot of positive effect water add to our health. Water is necessary for our everyday task. Water keeps the body moving and functioning just like a motor engine that relies on fuel. Water also make a balance in the body serving as a means of regulating our temperature through sweat. It also flushes unwanted nutrients and materials to the bladder where we pass them out as urine. One can live more than a week without food, but you can't live more than 3 days without the intake of water. Water is life they say and there's no argument about it

Though I have said this before, I met someone some time back who said one of the best free gift God every gave to man was is water. Water plays alot of role in just within our body but also on our physical body as well. Water helps in not just making our skin looks fresh, it also helps in making the organs fresh as well.

Right from when we were born water has greatly impacted various aspects of our lives , making us being alive today and among the surviving populace . What has impacted every aspect of our life ranging from likeliness of our body and systems down to the neatness and tiredness of our physical environment . As human beings we drink water to be alive an individual who do not drink water or enough water will become dehydrated and if frequently dehydrated that individual can develop serious heart and other heart-related issues . We use water to bath . And an individual who does not bath protrude offensive and pungent odor , making others around him feel uncomfortable and unrelaxed . The human body is like a machine which gives out waste products in the form of liquid and solid and if not properly cleaned is begin to smell which makes water very important to clean our bodies and keep them tidy .

Even in the aspect of cooking our meals water has impacted them . It will be impossible for our meals to be properly cooked and free from germs and bacteria without the use of water . For us to wash and keep on vegetables fresh and safe for eating , water is needed for properly washing of these vegetables etc .

While it's true that water can keep you hydrated, this isn't even its most important benefit. Many people don't realize that drinking a lot of water can improve your focus and concentration, which in turn gives you more energy and can lower your stress levels.

The body needs water to function correctly. Water makes up more than half of your body weight and is a major component of every cell in your body.

Water helps keep your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, protects your spinal cord and other sensitive tissues, gets rid of wastes through urination, sweating, and bowel movements, and helps prevent constipation.

You lose water through breathing, sweating, urination, and even when you cry. Some people lose more water than others because of their environment (e.g., living or working in a hot climate), their physical condition (e.g., fever or vomiting), and their lifestyle (e.g., heavy exercise).

You need to drink enough water to make up for the fluid lost each day. If you don't drink enough water throughout the day, you can become dehydrated.

If you have kidney disease or diabetes or are older than 60 years old, talk with your doctor before increasing the amount of water you drink regularly. Your doctor can recommend how much fluid you need each day based on your health history and lifestyle.
