Of a truth, water is life as it is always said and is known right from the beginning.
But, many of us who do not know the importance is of what water gives to the body, ignorance is not an excuse.

My dad use to say "It is better to drink enough and enough of water than eating lots of food" Since food is sweet, and we do not want to occupy our belly with the water so that we can see where the whole bowl of food will enter......
We won't mind, but dump the idea of drinking water.

Water takes control of a lot of impending illness away from our body.

If you are having constant headache, migraine; do not go to the chemist to get Panadol or pain killer. But go straight and take a lot of water.
Since your body has sapped the whole water, you need to replace the ones you have sweated out, or urinated out.
You can consume four litters of water in a day.

It also prevents joint pain, e.g;back pain.
If you are always having this throb in your joints, why not try taking water?

It also takes control of dehydration.
The usual intake of water goes a long way in curbing this dehydration.

Water is pretty much life and it cannot be replaced. There are times where I would drink other beverages and still fill tasty, I might even take fruits that contains lots of water, it would not have the desired effect that water gives.

It's true that water can keep you hydrated, this isn't even its most important benefit. Many people don't realize that drinking a lot of water can improve your focus and concentration, which in turn gives you more energy and can lower your stress levels.

The body needs water to function correctly. Water makes up more than half of your body weight and is a major component of every cell in your body.

Water helps keep your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, protects your spinal cord and other sensitive tissues, gets rid of wastes through urination, sweating, and bowel movements, and helps prevent constipation.

You lose water through breathing, sweating, urination, and even when you cry. Some people lose more water than others because of their environment (e.g., living or working in a hot climate), their physical condition (e.g., fever or vomiting), and their lifestyle (e.g., heavy exercise).

You need to drink enough water to make up for the fluid lost each day. If you don't drink enough water throughout the day, you can become dehydrated.

If you have kidney disease or diabetes or are older than 60 years old, talk with your doctor before increasing the amount of water you drink regularly. Your doctor can recommend how much fluid you need each day based on your health issue.

Water is life, no doubt. It has even been confirmed by the scientist that human can do without food for almost 7 das but no one can do without water for 2 days. This shows how important water is to human life and even to plants and animals.

Though blood aids in circulation but it can not be made possible without water. This means water aids circulation and makes sure that foods and other nutrients get to the every part of the body. This means without water, there is tendency that most things that the body needs may not even get to the appropriate places that need it.

As water makes sure that it helps in circulation, it also helps in excretion. This means it flushes the wasted materials in our bodies. This many be done through sweet or urine. There are some toxic materials whether in the food that we eat or the things that we drink, it is the function of water to neutralize them and flush them away.

Water helps in dehydration. We know how our bodies will look if there is no water. Everything will dry up. The more water we drink, the more moisturize our bodies will look.

It is recommended that adults drink at least 8 cups (64 ounces) of water per day, although individual needs may vary depending on factors such as age, activity level, and climate. Staying hydrated is especially important during exercise or in hot weather, when the body loses water more quickly.
