I think that when it comes to selling their property quickly, there are many people who tend to make mistakes and one of them is hurrying. Hurrying is not the solution rather it causes much problems. If a real estate agent gets the hint that you want quick money by selling off your property, then they will devalue your property even more.

In such kind of scenario, real estate is not the one who will suffer because in the end he will earn his commission. the only person who will suffer is you because the property belongs to you. I think that when it comes to selling your property, you need to maintain it as well. Just think about selling your car. If you maintain your car, you will get a good price, right?

Selling property faster will need one being or having the property in a good location. I know that my cousin that is a real estate agent like looking for homes to buy in good locations. He said reselling or renting them out happens faster than any good looking property in a dull location.

With good location people even pay more even when it comes at a higher cost. So when you think of buying a property for resale then the location should be one of the paramount thing you watch out for.

Secondly try to put the property in 9rder to attract people and it will be fastly sold. We all want things that are appealing to the eyes. s ok a home that is well fixed and furnished will attract more sales and even higher pay too.

If I have a property in the real estate market, I won't likely sell the property for any reason but the best thing I will try to do is to make sure I allowed the property to be there as long as the property is in a perfect location.

Because as long as the location is good the property will likely to be profitable even in the future , so selling it off now indicate that I am losing a huge profit potential.

I think that before we sell real estate or property, don't rush to determine the selling price, it's better if we increase the value of the real estate/property by doing some renovations that are damaged, for example a leaky roof, faded paint that needs to be repainted, jammed doors etc. . Clean real estate conditions will also determine value added. This will give the impression that the real estate is well-maintained and in good condition so that it will be more attractive to buyers. We can also use real estate agents to market our properties, because agents already have a database of potential buyers.

There are many ways in which you can get a property to sell more faster than you think , properties like land , house , cars , furniture and many more .
The first way is by advertising your property online and offline , you can advertise offline by posting bills concerning the properties with your contact on the wall and you can also advertise it online through social media platform avenues like face book , whatsapp , instagram and so on , all you need to so is snap the pictures or do the video of the property you are aiming to sell and gives description on it and post it online where people can see it and they can make enquires concerning the property to be sold .
Another way of selling property faster is by telling an agent who can get the the buyer , in which you can give him his own percentage after selling.

I've learned that in life, one doesn't need to rush over things, it comes with regret in the future time. When it comes to real estate property, we shouldn't be in a haste to cash in with the price that doesn't tally with the asking price. And again, we shouldn't place our property in time of needs, rather we should make provisions for that earlier before time. That's why proper planning is cool, saving money for future emergency needs will do us good and avoid stuffs like 'hurrying to sell. Most people I've seen here in my locality earlier time who cashed in with their asset due to challenges unfazed, in which they never planned for, regretted selling their property below par cost.

I wouldn't learn all this things and repeat same mistakes, it will be very ignorant of me. We learn everyday to improve and avoiding some casual mistakes in life.

I think renting our property and earning rental income is better than selling property and earning quick bucks. However, selling property is what you want to do, here are a few tips.
Create a real estate page on facebook, post pictures of your properties, and spend couple of hundreds dollars in ads. Running facebook ads is the best way to get buyers for your property because the active demography on facebook is 45-55 years of age and this is also the age group that buys property. When running ads, make sure to target your ads to the people based in the same area as your property so that they can come to house inspection f they like your property.
Run video ads: You can create a short videos showcasing your property exterior and interior and running video ads on various platforms including facebook, youtube, tktok, instagram etc. You can also hire influencer in real estate niche.

Unless you are in a super high-demand area, the likelihood is that if you are trying to sell fast, you are going to have to sell low.

There are lots of things you can do to make a property more appealing, which will lower the sale time/increase the price a bit. Things like attaching solar panels to your home, doing renovations, extensions...even a fresh lick of paint and a good clean.
