There some foods we need to run away from in our diet especially when we are sick.
A lot of people believe that the e are many kinds of foods that will hurt them or that they should not eat when they are sick. They may think of some kinds of foods as 'hot' and others as cold', and not permit hot foods for ' hot' sicknesses or cold foods for ' cold' sicknesses. Or they may believe that many different foods are bad for a mother with a newborn child. Some of these beliefs are reasonable but others for more harm than good. Often the foods people think they should avoid when they are sick are the very foods they need to get well.


A sick person has even greater need for body building foods than a healthy person. We should worry less about foods that might harm a sick person and think more about the foods that help make him healthy for example: fruit, fish, vegetables, egg, meat and milk

The same foods that ate good for us when we are healthy are good for us when we are sick.

Let us take good care of our body . Remember health is wealth.

Most of the time if we are sick and we visited the hospital the doctor obviously will tell us some of the things we have to eat at that particular time so they won't be any sort of complication until we are able to get well, but in general there are some things we also have to avoid eating when we observe that our health is not in good condition and such thing could be frying and oily food because this can increase the risk of indigestion and possibly may not be good for the body at that particular period of time, even when we are not sick but in general there are also some food we do not have to take because most of these food may not be suitable for our body, some are processed food and food that has high content of sugar and salt , it can increase the risk of diabetes and possibly can cause dangerous effects to the internal organs of the body which might eventually lead to stroke or any other health challenges.. if we are able to keep our self in good condition now the risk of us developing incurable disease disease at old age will be very low.

Nutrition in man is almost everything which human beings need to survive . When a person is said to have a bad nutrition that person is considered to be malnutrition and being malnutritioned could lead to various health and skin disorders and diseases . There are some food that we knowingly and unknowingly eat and take into our body that slowly depleting our health later on in the future . Research and studies shows that excessive eating of processed meat such as bacon , jerky , hot dogs , salami , and ham etc could lead to hypertension and blood vessel damage later on in the future . And even if we must consume processed meat it must be in moderation and small quantity .

The consumption of factory made sweetened beverages and fruit juice is also another diet that we must be concerned about . Although there is nothing as rejuvenating and rewarding when drinking a chilled sweetened beverage , but it is important that we have the knowledge that such diet could be harmful to our health especially when we take excess of it . Life is important , and it is the duty of everyone to take care and manage his or her life so as to live healthily not sickenly .

Diet plays very crucial role in maintenance of our body health.Because if we keep our diet healthy for example take nutritious food then we will be able to make our body fit .Otherwise if you will eat junky and oily food then at the end you would be responsible for your bad health.
As far as which food we should avoid to eat is concerned then from my perspective nothing will harm your body health if we will eat it in a balance amount.We can eat fry food,beverage, sugar items etc but only in small or balance amount.Because excess of everything is bad.On the other hand ,if we make a habit of eating fry food daily then your stomach will fire on then it leads to many health related issues or problems. For example stomachache and also many male and female personal problems. And if we eat too much sweeten or sugar coating food or candies then diabetes may be cause due to this.Health is very important thing in everyone life so everybody should take of themselves because health is wealth.If you are healthy and fit then you will be able to see the beauties of your life and happiness

We all know that we should eat healthy and avoid processed foods, but sometimes it's hard to know what exactly we should avoid. Here are a few things to keep in mind when you're trying to eat healthy:

Sugar: Too much sugar can lead to weight gain, cavities, and other health problems. Try to limit your intake of sugary foods and drinks.

Salt: Too much salt can raise your blood pressure. Try to limit your intake of salty foods. .

Fat: Too much fat can lead to obesity and other health problems. Try to limit your intake of fatty foods.

Alcohol: Too much alcohol can also lead to liver damage, cancer, and other health problems. Try to limit your intake of alcoholic beverages too .

Caffeine: Too much caffeine can cause anxiety, insomnia, and other health problems. Also , Try to limit your intake of caffeinated beverages.

Before I start I will like to define and explain what balance diet is, balance diet its just a diet or food that we take which contains all the necessary classes of food. Also what we need to know us that balance diet is very important and essential in our diet, because it brjga about normal growth and development to our system, but still there are some things we do not need in our diet because they brings about problem in one aspect of our system or the other, things like cholesterol its good but its usually absorbed in a minimal range in our system.
