There are various kinds of unhealthy foods you must avoid in order to prevent or reverse diabetes. Some of the unhealthy foods that can cause severe diabetes are fast foods, oily foods, sugary foods, and foods with preservatives. Other kinds of beverages that can cause diabetes are fruit juices, sodas, carbonated drinks, alcohol, etc. Unfortunately, many people consume these unhealthy foods and end up suffering from diabetes. You must also become physically active to prevent diabetes and eat healthy foods.
