In my little understanding, a cash investment is a business enterprise that involves exchange of money for services, a good example of this is banking sector, schools, legal establishment and so on while community investment is the kind of investment that involves selling of goods to generate revenue. In this type of investment when there is no goods to offer there is no business. It involves the sales of commodity in exchange for money.
