Hello dear hope so you are all doing well and making fun on this forum and getting knowledge and information about the health related issues and problems so guys today i will tell you what kind of breakfast we should eat at for health diet.According to science that we should eat a heavy breakfast because your stomach is empty from the whole yesterday night and your body is relaxed and wants energy to do work at the whole day so if we eat a heavy breakfast for example if you will belong to a pakistan then you can eat a nan paye .nan chany and like all the traditional food like but make sure if you will eat a heavy breakfast then the lunch should not be heavy it should be simple and light so that you stomach will be able to digest it if you will take lunch also heavy then your stomach will not be able to digest the food properly due to this food poisoning may also be happening so we should be very careful about eating food and must take into consideration of our health because health is very impto which we cannot compromise hope so you will like my post
