There are many businesses out there and there are many kinds of businesses out there. However, one of the key aspect of any kind of business is the management team that runs the business. All businesses require a good management, no matter how big or small a business is. The fact of the matter is that big corporations usually have bigger management team and this is usually because they need to conduct bigger business operations. I think one of the best ways to make a great business team is to hire the best people. You may like to hire experienced people who have experience related to the business you run.

Secondly, selecting the right kind of team leader is also the key to run business in a better way. The success of a team depends on the instructions and decisions made by the team leader, so this might also be important. Moreover, the number of team members are also very important. A few people cannot usually handle a big business. So the quantity and the quality of team members might matter a lot. What are your suggestions? What makes a good management team? Your explanation is high quality one too, but to put more points to what you've written so far, I will simply say, it doesn't matter the number of the team, few people can simply start up a business. Since they have the right concept for the business option which they've chosen, it is more likely to bring them success, than when majority or more quantity of people join a team of business entrepreneurs and contributing nothing, and only few contributing more to the welfare. The majority who aren't contributing more will definitely slow down the progress of such business from moving forward. That is why, team of talented individuals no matter their numbers is more likely to succeed in a given business than when group of individuals who lack the cohesion and ideas to run a particular business collide together trying to push s given business initiative forward.

Instead of being in the lost of people who doesn't understand each other better via a particular business option, I'll simply work alone, and not just trying to push a business up when my team isn't doing the needful to take such business higher. The progress wouldn't come from me and few others alone, definitely we'll feel cheating when others aren't working up to the requirements.

Like like someone has stated, sometimes it doesn't really matter the number of people in the management team because a few number of people can carry out a business to the successful and make the business a successful one. Even if there are 10 or 5 or any number what matters is the kind of knowledge such people have about that particular business.
