What mistakes do I avoid making to keep my job?

The increased rate of unemployment has made jobs really hard to find period because we should consider himself lucky if he has a job and super lucky if it is a high paying one. Getting a job isn't the end of it was one must also strive to keep his job. Maintaining a job requires a lot of sacrifices on the part of the employee. They are common mistakes to avoid if you will like to keep that you with yours:
1. Disobeying high authorites: in an organisation there is always a hierarchy. They were those who came before you are the superior to you. These set of people should always be respected.
2. Lack of punctuality: Not being punctual to work indicates lack of unseriousness on your part. No one wants an person on his team. Striving to always be punctual is important.
3. Gossip: gossip is one of the most useless things that goes in the workplace. Do not be among those who form cliques and gossip instead of doing what they came to do. It can get you fired.

There are many things that workers need to do away with if truly the worker wants to keep his business. There are good right attitudes to work as well as bad ones. Bad vices like dishonesty, indisciplined, and lack of team work can ruin a worker chance of staying long at his work place.
