The increased rate of unemployment has made jobs really hard to find period because we should consider himself lucky if he has a job and super lucky if it is a high paying one. Getting a job isn't the end of it was one must also strive to keep his job. Maintaining a job requires a lot of sacrifices on the part of the employee.
