Dikul is a type of yoga that focuses on flexibility, concentration and balance which makes it perfect for anyone who wants to improve their fitness and feel more flexible, limber, and balanced in their body. It's fantastic for anyone looking to increase their muscle mass, decrease weight, or achieve any other goal!

This is how it goes: On a mat, you begin by striking a number of positions.The poses are split up into two categories: static and dynamic. Static poses are ones where you're just holding a pose for five seconds or longer (like Plank). Dynamic poses can either be long holds (like Warrior 2) or short holds (like Squat). Then you add variety! You can do these poses with different types of props like blocks or bands so your body gets more varied movement than just doing the same thing over and over again; this helps build strength while also building flexibility in your joints.
