Which is easier to manage between male and female employees.

Despite the perceived modernity, men and women are inherently different. They are different in their physiology, emotional makeup, thoughts process, and the way they handle issues. As a manager, which of the genders do you have much ease managing. As an employee, which gender have you had much ease working with?

Take it from me, I think women are generally very difficult to manage. Men are easier to manage than women. The way women perceive things makes it very difficult to manage. They view things from an emotional angle most of the time and emotions are one of the most erroneous plains of perception.

There are few ladies though that are very balanced but those ones are a natural departure from the default approach of women. Men are generally simpler to manage. If you tell a man to do something, if he has issues with that thing, he would say it out. A woman would eye you up and down first before managing to attempt to stand up.

I stand with men on this one.
